Founder, SureWay AI. We build automations that free service businesses from the admin work that's quietly running them.

Before SureWay

I got into this through an unusual path. After years working in restaurants and selling tequila, I moved into tech sales and eventually landed at Oracle. The job taught me to think in systems: how leads move, where operations break down, and where businesses quietly lose time.

Outside of work, I lived in Spain for a year and a half. Then I traveled from the bottom of Patagonia up through Colombia, learning Spanish the real way: putting myself in uncomfortable situations. That's how I ended up working with Spanish-speaking business owners. It wasn't a goal, simply something that happened from the environment I put myself in.

Throughout my experience working across several industries, I kept seeing the same pattern in every business I worked in. Good operators buried in admin. Leads going cold because nobody responded fast enough. Invoicing that took hours longer than it should. I built SureWay around that problem, specifically for service businesses where the owner is usually the one absorbing all of it.

My team and I work with service businesses across New England and beyond. I lead every engagement personally. I analyze your workflow, design the system, and manage the build. My team of developers executes. Everything gets documented. The system runs. You get your time back.

How we work

SureWay is a focused automation practice. I lead every engagement personally. I analyze your workflow, design the system, and manage the build. My team of developers executes. Everything is documented. Everything is built to last without babysitting.

We don't take on clients to bill hours. We take on clients because there's a specific, solvable problem, and we stay until it's solved. The project ends when it's working, fully documented, and you don't need us anymore for it to keep running.

How I think about this work

Reliability over flash.

A system that runs quietly in the background and never breaks is worth more than something impressive that needs constant attention. I optimize for boring reliability.

The best automation is invisible.

If you're thinking about it, something went wrong. A well-built automation runs in the background and makes itself felt only through outcomes: faster billing, fewer missed leads, less time on admin.

Don't over-engineer.

Simple systems that fit how you already work are more valuable than complex ones that require you to change everything. We build around your existing tools, not around ours.

Build things owners never have to think about again.

That's the target. Not "improved workflow" or "more efficient process." The owner should forget the automation exists and just notice that the work is getting done.

I also work with Spanish-speaking business owners. / También trabajo con dueños de negocios que hablan español.
