Program

Program name: SureWay AI text messages, sent from (978) 924-8377.

We send informational text messages to people who contact us first: a link to book a meeting with Zach, or a link to our website, when you ask for one on a call, and a confirmation and reminder when you book a meeting through our scheduling page. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 3 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opt-out

Reply HELP to any message for help, call (978) 924-8377, or email zach@sureway.ai.

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message to opt out. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

How we collect consent by phone

When you call (978) 924-8377, an automated assistant answers. Its first words are:

"Thanks for calling SureWay AI. You're speaking with an automated assistant, and this call is being recorded. How can I help?"

If you ask about booking a meeting or about our services, the assistant reads this before sending anything:

"I can text you a link to book a time with Zach at SureWay AI, or a link to our website. This would be a text message, an SMS, from SureWay AI, usually one to three messages about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Our text messaging terms and privacy policy are at sureway.ai slash sms-terms. I have your number as [reads the caller's number]. Is it okay to send the text to that number, yes or no?"

The assistant sends the link only after you say yes and confirm the number. If you'd like it sent to a different number, the assistant asks for it, reads it back, and asks again. If you say no, nothing is sent.

How we collect consent online

Our booking page at cal.com/zach-ayvazian-at-surewayai/30min has an optional mobile number field and a separate, unchecked checkbox that reads: "I agree to receive SMS text messages from SureWay AI about my booking at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 3 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Terms: sureway.ai/sms-terms. Privacy: sureway.ai/privacy." You can book without checking it, and no texts are sent unless it's checked.
